avio电流计QC-450最多可同时测量判断10个项目，包括电流（RMS/PEAK）、电压（RMS/PEAK）、焊接时间、位移、压力、导通角、外部类比量×2，提供全面的数据分析。
QC-450拥有2个模拟输入，能够利用温度感测器等模拟信号进行灵活的数据输入。
支持2分区测量，让2阶段焊接能够分别进行测量与判断，确保每个阶段的焊接质量。
最大取样频率达50kHz，avio电流计QC-450能够精确捕捉快速变化的电流和电压数据。
焊接时间分辨率为0.02ms，并且也支持晶体管式焊接电源，调节多种焊接需求。
具备制程控制输出功能，最多可对6种感测器输入信号进行Hi、Lo设定及警报输出，提升生产过程的安全性。
avio电流计QC-450可以同时测量位移和压力，根据设定的阈值可以输出信号，并标准配备以太网络通信功能，方便数据传输和监控。
